Having well trained, energetic and silly staff here at Crawmer’s is not taken lightly.  The grueling process of becoming a teacher at our facility keeps our program upbeat and active.  The faint of heart, timid and mild need not apply.  Our teachers have the heart of a lion, the endurance of a work horse, listening ears like a rabbit and the patience of a saint.  In addition to the normal hiring process, perspective staff each read a story with appropriate voicing, tell a short student friendly personal story, and it is all taped for our board to review.  It’s no walk in the park, but we feel your children deserve only the best and the brightest teachers for their early years.
